Kneader Machine Control Panel
This unit consists of motor, pressing ram device, frame, mixing chamber and rotor mechanism, speed reducer, air control system tilting device, heating/cooling system, rubber belt transmission device and base, etc.
The key difference between dispersion mixer and general mixer is it has no down ram, when discharging, it takes the front rotor of the mixing chamber as the shaft to tilt 140° to perform tilting discharge. The tilting of the mixing chamber is driven by a motor by a cycloid speed reducer, worm wheel and worm. This unit has a frame, the pressing ram device is fixed on the frame. The pressing ram device’s upper ram is driven by a cylinder to make it pressurize to the rubber material during unit operation.
The mixing chamber, rotor and upper ram are equipped with cooling (or heating) system. The water amount used by each part can be adjusted by the valves, its principle is as Figure 2 shown. What should be paid attention to is: the connecting pipe of cooling water in/out and steam in/out should be reverse.
The driving system of the rotor is as Figure 3 shown. It is transmitted by the main motor through rubber belt, the speed reducer and ratio gears drive the front and rear rotor to rotate in opposite directions.
The sealing of the rotor’s end surfaces use filling tetrafluoroethylene seal ring and alloy ring, its structure is as Figure 4 shown. This sealing device does not lubricant.
